Invoices must be paid within the agreed time to avoid interruptions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

- Communicate changes or concerns promptly
- Comply with government regulations relevant to the project
Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.
6. Project Timelines
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines, but timelines may change due to:

- Regulatory delays
- Client-requested changes
VSPARK is not liable for delays outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, drawings, layouts, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of VSPARK unless stated otherwise.
Clients receive usage rights only after project completion and full payment.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or selling of our materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
VSPARK is not liable for:

- Damages resulting from third-party contractors not employed by VSPARK

10. Termination of Services
